The LOFT KIT is a simple and elegant house of approximately 1 179 sq. ft (110 m2) on two storeys. With a distinguished exterior look, the house has a loft type mezzanine offering a bird's eye view on the dining room. The mezzanine can accommodate various types of uses: office, living room, extra bedroom (the plumbing can be extended up to the mezzanine to install a wash-up room). The cathedral ceiling, reaching a height of 17 ft (5.2 m) and finished in natural pine boards, opens the space and lets the light in galore, thanks to a large cathedral window located in the gable end.
